Prepare an .xlsx or .xls price sheet. Check the model, brand and price columns, keep a copy of the original file, then choose Import in the app.
After importing, enter a model, brand, product name or specification. Check the matching model and price to confirm the right product for your customer.
Review the model, specifications and price in your search results. Check that you are using the correct price-sheet version before quoting to a customer.
Back up your Excel files before importing. When suppliers update prices, check the version and validity of the prices you use.
The free version includes 3 imports, up to 1,000 records and unlimited searches. Start with a small set of real data to check whether it fits your work.
Note your Windows version, the steps you followed and any error message, then contact support via WeChat. Hide customer details and prices that are not needed in screenshots.
Make a backup and check that letters, hyphens and leading zeroes in model numbers are preserved. A model such as 00123 should not accidentally become 123. Check the source spreadsheet before changing a supplier's values.
Confirm the currency, unit, tax basis and price validity with the supplier. A search result helps locate a record; it does not verify that two suppliers use the same pricing basis.
The free version has 3 imports and a total capacity of 1,000 records. Prepare a small sample with the models you actually search for, review the import result, then check several known prices against the original file.
Request the free Windows app via WeChat. Its current interface is primarily in Chinese; read the guide to explore the workflow first.
